I had a plumbing emergency and chose Smedley based on their other customer reviews. I could not be more pleased with the thoroughness of service and professional approach to our project. They were transparent about the quote and gave us options to think about and decide how to proceed in certain aspects. I would definitely recommend Smedley and they will be my "go to" for future work.

I want to first say that Austin, who was on-site for my repair, did a great job, was thorough and professional, and great to work with. He deserves a 5-star bonus for his work and attitude. However, Smedley's pricing is higher than most lawyers charge for hourly fees. Their math works out to anywhere from $400/hr to over $600/hr. I could see this for complicated, highly involved plumbing needs. My situation was not this. I guess the public should lean more on handyman-type help for general plumbing needs. Thanks for the lesson, Smedley Plumbing.

Jon came and helped us out big time! Our main line wasn’t draining properly, he showed us on camera what was happening, got us working for now and gave us a plan moving forward to fix our bigger issue. We have used Smedley for years now and trust their expertise to get the job fixed the right way.

What a great experience all around! I was able to use the website to start the process and let them know what I had going on, they promptly called first thing the next morning to set up a time to come. Austin called before arriving to let me know he was on the way, and had the problem fixed very quickly. He was super informative and let me know how much it would be before starting work. Found a leak under the sink in the afternoon. Called Smedley and they scheduled someone to come out first thing the next morning. Jonathan came out and was very friendly and professional. He was so informative during the whole process and made sure I was comfortable after he had to call a water damage company to come out as well. Highly recommend Smedley Plumbing and if I ever need to call them for anything in the future I’ll be requesting Jonathan.

Smedley Plumbing did an amazing job and made my emergency situation a top priority! Jon went above and beyond on multiple days to fix my issues and to make sure everything went smoothly and according to plan! I have already requested Jon for all of my future plumbing jobs! Chris and Noah also did amazing work excavating and fixing the damaged sewer line under my driveway. These guys were all very polite and worked like champs! Excellent experience with Smedley, would highly recommend! Spencer showed up early in my appointment time frame and was very courteous. After evaluating my cracked plumbing situation provided me a couple of options to complete the repair. Pricing was reasonable for his high skill and trade level. Jon and Chris were both amazing! After having multiple other plumbing companies come out to try to pinpoint a sewer smell in our home, they were able to find the problem and repair it in one day. Great experience with Smedley Plumbing!
